Born and grown up at Edundja village in the Ohangwena Region, Mr. Isak Tangeni Ndipwashimwe matriculated from Ongha Senior Secondary School in 2004. In 2005, he enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic of Namibia, now known as the University of Science and Technology (NUST) in 2009. In 2008, while he was still studying at Polytechnic of Namibia, he worked as a Designer Engineer at Windhoek Maschinen Fabrik until 2011.

In 2012 to 2014, he worked as a VET Trainer for Engineering Drawing at Eenhana Vocational Training Centre, and then moved to Namibia Training Authority as a Project Leader, where he worked for two years and come back at Eenhana Vocational Training Centre in 2015 as a Head of Career Program, the position he held until his appointment as an Acting Centre Manager for Eenhana Vocational Training Centre as from 1 June 2017.

Mr. Ndipwashimwe also acquired a Post Graduate Diploma from Management College of South Africa in 2014 and in 2016 he enrolled for a Bachelor of Administration at the University of Namibia, for which he is currently doing his second year.
